StandBy Response Service is a coordinated community crisis response service for families, friends and associates who have been bereaved through suicide.

The Elder Abuse Prevention, Information & Referral Service provides and advice and referrals for older people who believe they are suffering from abuse, or for friends and family of older people who they believe are suffering from abuse.

Motor Vehicle Fatality Support
SupportLink is on call 24/7 to provide support to families and witnesses affected by a motor vehicle fatality. To accomplish this SupportLink works closely with ACT Policing Crash Investigation Team and employs a number of trained support workers.
Paramedic Support Service
SupportLink is preparing to offer a new service to Paramedics. The aim of the program is to offer a wellbeing service to paramedics that is practical, proactive and refreshing.
SupportLink manages the ACT Home Safety Program. This program aims to support ACT residents in reducing the risk of injury, fire or theft within their homes.
The program also coordinates community presentations from Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance.

Sudden Death Support
SupportLink is trialing a support program to assist people affected by a sudden death. Often when some body in the family dies a wave of challenges present themselves to the family.
