Overview of SupportLink Systems

SupportLink Australia Ltd is a non profit organisation based in Canberra Australia .

SupportLink predominantly works along side of Emergency Services to deliver early intervention support for vulnerable families and individuals who have been affected by an emergency or crisis.

Our work extends to managing:

• Elder Abuse  and Mistreatment Prevention Line funded by the ACT Government
• Standby (ACT) a suicide prevention  service funded by the Federal Government
• Referral Gateway and Management Service for Australian Federal Police
• Home Safety Program (PENDING) funded by the ACT Government

Our philosophy is to provide proactive assistance to people where possible and to work in collaboration with other Services in order to achieve common goals.

Our volunteer services include attending road fatalities and other critical emergencies to assist affected persons and or families and friends of the victim.

We work closely with many other Agencies and SupportLink IT Pty Ltd. SupportLink IT create and deliver tailored IT solutions to the Social Support Sector through such initiatives as the e referral management system and the e- multi agency care plan.
